Application to Hire for Children's Parties
SATURDAYS ONLY
5YEAR OLDS AND UNDER
TIME: 1 – 6.00PM (set up and clean up time included)
KEYS: Must be collected on a Wed/Thursday and time allowed to be shown how to use the Centre and security procedures. Application to Hire form to be completed before booking is confirmed.
Keys to be returned after Midday on Monday or Tuesday.
DEPOSIT: $100 refundable to paid on the day of key collection.
RATE: $110 for 5hrs – cash only to the Centre also to be paid on day of key collection.
FACILITY: MR 3 (use of toys to be put away)
KITCHEN (may need to be shared with other hirers)
COURTYARD and FOYER/CAFÉ AREA.
CATERING: All catering arrangements to be discussed prior to booking
Hire fee includes the use of crockery, oven and fridge.
PUBLIC LIABILITY: No Certificate of Currency: We understand that we are a “low-risk” group and as such are not bringing any third parties into the Centre that may impact the basic cover provided by Bentons Square General Public Liability. If you are bringing any “third party” operators to the Centre it must be with the Centre Manager’s approval and they must provide copies of their public liability certification.
ENTERTAINMENT: Must be approved by the Centre. No jumping Castles.
NUMBERS: A maximum of 20 children in the Centre for each party.
